Petitioner is not named the first information report and it is evident from perusal of the impugned order that name of the petitioner came in confessional statement of co-accused, Shah Hussain Mian, who has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court vide order dated 20-07-2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.12418 of 2015.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43435 of 2015 (2) dt.21-09-2015 2/2 connection with Bairiya P.S. Case No. 114 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran.
