JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 28-02-2020 Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sherghati (Dobhi) P.S. Case No. 317 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per FIR, dead body of son of the informant was found and she alleged that accused persons shot him dead. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is no eye-witness to the occurrence and only on suspicion he has been made accused and he is in custody for more than five months.

Heard learned APP, who could not controvert the above submission.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7233 of 2020(3) dt.28-02-2020 2/2 Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the I/c Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya, in connection with Sherghati (Dobhi) P.S. Case No. 317 of 2019.
