2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Special POCSO Case No. 235 of 2023 arising out of Punpun P.S. Case No. 312 of 2023 registered on 14.09.2023 lodged under Sections 341, 342, 34 of the I.P.C.

3. As per the prosecution case, F.I.R. has been lodged against two named accused persons including the petitioner to whom allegation is of committing offence under POCSO Act.

4. Counsel further submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He further submits that petitioner is in custody since 30.10.2023 having no criminal case pending against him. The name of the petitioner has been figured at the instance of the mother of the victim due to the reason that he has

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
