For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Sunil Prasad Singh For the Opposite Party/s Mr. Indra Kr. Singh (App) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 05/ 17.12.2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State.

Petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased and it appears from the report of learned Addl. Sessions Judge, East Champaran at Motihari that only three prosecution witnesses have been left to be examined and, therefore, it appears to me that trial of the petitioner is on the verge of conclusion. Accordingly, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial no. 155/2015 arising out of Madhuban P.S. Case no. 52/2014 pending in the court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge VI, Motihari stands rejected.

However, trial court is directed to conclude the trial of the petitioner within three months from the date of receipt/production of a
