The issue raised in the present writ application is no res-integra. This issue was decided by a coordinate Bench of this Court in oral judgment, dated 16.01.2015, in C.W.J.C. No. 18736 of 2014.

Accordingly, this writ application is disposed off with a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner who has obtained B.Lib from Patna University as there is no dispute about the recognition of institution and complete the process of selection permitting the petitioner to participate in the selection process on the basis of Bachelor of Library and Information Science degree from the Patna University.
