The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 332, 307, 353, 504, 420, 467, 168 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)a, 26, 27, 35 of the Arms Act and under Sections 30(a), 32(i)(ii), 36, 41(1), 45, 62 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 14.01.2023, and has antecedent of one case and is a women.

No.7915 of 2023(2) dt.29-04-2023 2/3 petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case because in her premises one Sahil Enterprises is being run on rent, it is next submitted that from perusal of the allegations as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that police on information reached the place of occurrence where they saw certain accused persons were unloading certain cartoons and on seeing the police, they started firing, the police also in retaliation fired and, thereafter, the accused persons fled but one person was caught. Learned counsel for the petitioner next submits that the person who was caught also did not disclose the name of the petitioner and later she came to be implicated merely because Sahil Enterprises, about which the police had information, was being run in her premises. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody, charge-sheet has been submitted in the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two
