JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-04-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, petitioner and one other co-accused Satyam Jha made firing causing gun shot injury to the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it was co-accused who caused fire arms injury to the informant and doctor found the injury to be simple in nature. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail submitting that the petitioner caused gun shot injury to the informant and he has got criminal antecedent.
