The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The motorcycle of the informant was stolen from outside the gate of civil court. The petitioner was apprehended on suspicion and it is alleged that on the disclosure made by the petitioner the stolen motorcycle was recovered from Sunil Rajbhar. The petitioner is in jail since 07.05.2015. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than four months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
