JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 12-09-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of D.G. Vigilance, Patna. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Vigilance P.S. Case no. 100 of 2016, registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 472, 477(A), 409 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 13(2), 13(1)(D) of the Prevention of Corruption Act. The accusation is that in the sessions of 2008-09, 200910, 2010-11 and 2011-12, 92, 130, 302 and 531, respectively, students appeared in the examination without registration for illegal gain in which the Principal of the college, Registrar, controller of examination of J.P. University are responsible.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, petitioner joined as controller of examination in J.P. University on 26.07.2012, as such the petitioner has no roll in appearing of the

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Vigilance, North Bihar, Muzaffarpur in connection with Vigilance P.S.
