JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 04-02-2020 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Dhanaha P.S. Case No. 171 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 341, 323, 34 of of IPC. As per F.I.R. allegation against the petitioner is that he caught hold the leg of the victim and other accused committed rape upon her.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated in this case and no allegation of rape is against the petitioner. He is in custody since 18.10.2019.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the submissions, made above as well as allegation, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. However, once the charge has
