Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.

This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under sections 341, 323, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act. As per allegation, the petitioner fired on the person of the informant and made him injured. The reason behind the occurrence is stated that the petitioner's mobile was stolen away and he was leveling allegation against injured of committing theft of his mobile. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 17.11.2021.

No.7269 of 2022(2) dt.26-05-2022 2/2 Considering the period of custody of the petitioner, let the petitioner above named be released on bail only after framing of the charge on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate I, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Islampur P.S. Case no. 222 of 2020.

The charges must be framed within two months. Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time mentioned hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) s.hassan/- U T
