2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No. 182 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414, 413, 467, 468, 471 of the IPC.

3. As per allegation, the petitioner was arrested with a stolen vehicle.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. It has further been submitted that earlier, bail application of the petitioner has been rejected by this Court vide order dated 25.09.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 66329

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6852 of 2026(2) dt.02-02-2026 2/2 of 2024. Thereafter, the petitioner filed Cr. Misc. No. 25904 of 2025 which was again rejected by this Court vide order dated 25.07.2025 with an observation that he may renew his prayer for bail after six months. The stipulated period has been completed. The petitioner is in custody since 31.05.2024.

5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Mohania, Kaimur in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No. 182 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
