Therefore, in the aforesaid circumstance, this petition stands disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to raise his grievance before appropriate authority within four weeks from today and if the petitioner does so, concerned authority shall take appropriate decision in accordance with law on the grievance of the petitioner.
