JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Only cartridges and mobile are said to have been recovered from possession of petitioners and so far as recovery of motorcycle is concerned; admittedly, the aforesaid recovery has been made from joint possession of petitioners and other coaccused. Accordingly, petitioners named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 363 of 2014 to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad.
