The petitioner has filed the present writ application for a direction to the respondents to publish the result of the petitioner who was the student of academic session 1987-89 of Primary Teachers Training conducted by the Bihar School Examination Board in the year 1991. The matter was taken to the Apex Court in Civil Appeal No. 1123 of 2009. Sri Satyabir Bharti, learned counsel for the Examination Board, with reference to Annexures 'A' and 'B' of counter affidavit, the order of the Apex Court, submitted that the Examination Board was directed to declare the results

Patna High Court CWJC No.14742 of 2017(2) dt.12-07-2019 2/2 depending upon the availability of records.

He submitted that no record is available with the Examination Board for the academic session in which petitioner appeared in the examination.

Considering the stand taken by the Board and the Judgment of the Apex Court contained in Annexures 'A' & 'B', the Court does not find any merit in the present writ application and is, accordingly, dismissed.
