The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in jail since 24.03.2015 but he has not been put on T.I. parade. Similarly situated co-accused Pappu Singh has already been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Criminal Misc. No. 27875 of 2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43096 of 2015 (2) dt.18-09-2015 each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawadah in connection with Akbarpur P.S. Case No. 181 of 2014.
