The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with K. Hat P.S. Case No. 272 registered under Sections 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 45 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits similarly situated co-accused have already been allowed bail by the different Benches of this Court vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 33598 of 2020, 33849 of 2020 and 6611 of 2021, as contained in Annexure-2 series to the bail application.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7202 of 2022(2) dt.20-05-2022 2/2 the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise Act, Purnea in connection with K. Hat P.S. Case No. 272 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
