In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:- "(i) For a direction upon the Respondent to release and make payment of all the outstanding bills to be exact of Rs. 84,59,409/ of the petitioner for maintenance work undertaken pursuant to 10 tenders (detail provided in paragraph 4 hereinafter) which has been kept pending despite completion of work by the petitioner to the satisfaction of Respondent Authorities.

(ii) To pay the interest against the

Patna High Court CWJC No.2336 of 2023(3) dt.16-05-2023 2/2 admitted dues amount (Annexure-13) which has been withheld by the Respondent without any valid reason.

(iii) For a further direction upon the Respondents to issue Experience Certificate of the aforesaid 10 tenders to the petitioner forthwith for participating in future tenders. (iv) To pass any other order/orders in shape of a consequential relief to which the petitioner may be found to be legally entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the instant case at hand."

3. The concerned authority is hereby directed to examine the petitioner's grievance and proceed to pass a speaking order as to whether the petitioner is entitled to any amount as demanded by him. Even if he is otherwise eligible for admitted bills on behalf of the respondent, the same shall be redressed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order.

4. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
