1. The Learned counsel for the petitioner intends to withdraw the Writ petition with a permission to avail his alternative remedy before the concerned authority.

2. The Learned Senior counsel, Mr. Anand Kumar Ojha, on behalf of the respondents

Patna High Court CWJC No.12522 of 2017(2) dt.12-05-2025 2/2 contended that a detailed counter affidavit is filed and Writ petition is not maintainable.

3. Liberty is granted to the petitioner. As the Writ petition was itself filed in the year 2017, the limitation aspect shall be considered by the concerned authority while availing the alternative remedy.

4. With the above observation, the Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
