The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners would be satisfied in case their representation is considered by the concerned authority with regard to extension of the services of the petitioners herein and dispose of the same

Patna High Court CWJC No.2559 of 2018 (2) dt.09-03-2018 2/2 within a specified time frame.

Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioners may file a consolidated representation before the respondent no.5 within a period of two weeks from today and the respondent no.5 may dispose of the same within a period of four weeks thereafter by a reasoned and speaking order.

In the meantime, outstanding dues of salary shall be paid to the petitioners herein.

The writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
