2. The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Shankarpur P.S. Case No. 155 of 2024 dated 03.09.2024, in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 119(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 110, 132, 134, 303(2), 121(1), 121(2), 352 and 351(2)(3) of the B.N.S.
3. As per the prosecution case, when the police party went to the house of the co-accused Arjun Rishidev to verify the information, in the meantime, 40 - 50 accused persons came there armed with deadly weapons and started abusing and assaulting the police party causing injuries to them.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case on the basis of information provided by local chowkidar.

No.6512 of 2025(2) dt.02-05-2025 2/2 The petitioner was not even present at her residential house at the time of alleged occurrence and the allegations levelled against her are general and omnibus. The petitioner has no concern with the alleged offence. The similarly situated co-accused has been granted regular bail by this Court vide order dated 09.01.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 85967 of 2024. The petitioner has clean antecedent as stated in paragraph no. 3 of the bail petition.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above-named, in the event of her arrest / surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Madhepura in connection with Shankarpur P.S. Case No. 155 of 2024, subject to conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
7. The application stands allowed.
