JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) Date: 26-02-2018 Inter alia, contending that in the district of Aurangabad, a boundary wall is being constructed in a land which is used by people of different localities for various religious purpose, this Public Interest Litigation is filed seeking restraining of the construction. Learned Advocate General points out that the land in question is a Governnent land and to avoid law and order problem and to maintain peace and tranquility in the area the wall is being constructed.

Taking note of the totality of the circumstances and the
