It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitoner that due to inadvertence, plot number was mentioned in paragraph 1 as well as in the synopsis of the writ application, as 5433 instead of 5453 though the correct plot number has been mentioned in paragraph 4 of the writ application, as well as in Annexures 1 to 3.

Learned counsel for the respondents do not object to such modification in the order.

Accordingly, Plot No. 5433 mentioned in order dated 11.5.2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 19200 of 2013 be read as 5453.
