JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-02-2019 Following is the relief which the petitioner is claiming:- "I. For recording the name of Birendra Narayan Jha in records of right, by creating Jamabandi in his name for the property purchased by the registered Deed of sale details of which given in application dated 6.2.2018( Annexure-2 & 3) filed for mutation and creation of Jamabandi."

2. It seems from the pleading on record that the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.2018 of 2019(2) dt.04-02-2019 2/2 has approached the Circle Officer for mutation under Section 3 of the Bihar Mutation Act, 2011, which is said to be pending without any reason. The application is said to be pending since 11.10.2018.

3. Considering the nature of relief which the petitioner is seeking, this application is disposed of with a direction to the Circle Officer, Sadar, Darbhanga to dispose of the petitioner's case for mutation within one month from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

4. This application stands disposed of.
