The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 622 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 366(A), 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 27.10.2018. He further submits that with reference to Annexure2 and 3 petitioners and the victim have joined wedlock and parties are interested for compromise.

Considering the aforesaid, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6855 of 2019(2) dt.06-02-2019 2/2 Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnia in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 622 of 2018 vide G.r. No. 3815 of 2018 with condition that one of the bailor should be the informant.
