Petitioner is an accused in connection with Brhampura P.S. Case No. 358 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 272, 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) /38(i) (ii) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 27.11.2019.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let

Case No. 358 of 2019.
