JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 11-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner No. 2 is said to have thrown acid on the informant causing burn injuries to her and so far as petitioner No. 1 is concerned; he is said to have assaulted the informant by means of lathi.

The impugned order reveals that altogether 7 burn injuries were found on the person of informant. The contention on behalf of petitioners is that almost all the injuries except one are simple in nature and moreover, the parties have already entered into compromise.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40997 of 2015 (2) dt.11-09-2015 2/2 Taking into consideration the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner No. 1 namely, Nakush, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Aurangabad (T) P.S. Case No. 185 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad.

So far as petitioner No. 2 is concerned; his prayer for bail stands rejected at least, at this stage. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) A.K.V./- U T
