The petitioner is in custody in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 336 of 2015 for the offence under Section 379 of Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the in the instant case the name of the petitioner surfaced on the confessional statement of the co-accused Chandra Shekhar Singh and the said Chandra Shekhar Singh has already been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CR. Misc. No. 23880 of 2016 vide order dated 13.07.2016. Considering the fact that from whose statement the name of petitioner surfaced in the instant case has already been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8145 of 2019(2) dt.13-02-2019 2/2 13.07.2016 and the petitioner is in custody since 24.09.2018, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 336 of 2015.
