Petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):- "(1) That this is an application for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing/commanding the respondents authorities to stop the any construction or any fencing by local some villagers upon this land which is situated in the middle of the village of Nawada, P.S. Amarpur in the district: Banka."

After the matter was heard for some time, learned

Patna High Court CWJC No.4400 of 2020(2) dt.26-02-2020 2/2 counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner shall be content if a direction is issued to the respondent no. 3 to consider and decide the representation, which he shall be making within a period of four weeks from today.

Learned counsel for the respondents states that upon receipt of such representation, if any, the same shall be dealt with in accordance with law, expeditiously and positively within a period of six months from the date of receipt thereof. The writ petition is accordingly, disposed of reserving liberty aforesaid.
