The petitioner seeks bail in Nawkothi P.S. Case No. 74 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 414/120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act.

As per prosecution case, one double barrel gun and two live cartridges have been recovered from possession of this petitioner.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. Charge has already been framed on 26.03.2021. Petitioner is in custody since 01.06.2020.

Considering the period of custody and the fact that

No.7799 of 2022(2) dt.08-04-2022 2/2 charge has already been framed, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Begusarai in connection with Nawkothi P.S. Case No. 74 of 2020.
