The name of petitioner came in this case in confessional statement of co-accused, Rakesh Kumar Gupta who was later on, identified by the witness in TIP but admittedly, the petitioner has not been put on TIP as yet and except criminal antecedent as well as the above-said confessional statement, there is nothing against him.

Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Aurangabad (M) P.S.
