The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Didarganj P.S. Case No. 229 of 2019 registered under Sections 25(1-b)A, 26(ii) and 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been allowed bail by co-ordinate Benches of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 75009 of 2019 and Cr. Misc. No. 8265 of 2020 on 20.11.2019 and 28.02.2020 respectively.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17960 of 2021(5) dt.24-03-2022 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Patna City in connection with Didarganj P.S. Case No. 229 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
