Taking into consideration that petitioner is said to have opened fire causing death of the deceased, I am not inclined to release him on bail and accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Bariyarpur P.S. Case No. 43 of 2010 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 928 of 2014 pending in the court of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-V, Munger /concerned court stands rejected.

However, learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible.
