The petitioner seeks bail in Belsand P.S. Case No. 31/2010, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 337, 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 447, 448, 323, 435, 332, 333, 353, 186 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act and 17 of C.L.A. Act. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The police got information that 500-600 extremists have attacked on Bharat Gas Agency and when the police went there and tried to stop them, the miscreants tried to snatch the arms and ammunitions of the police. It is submitted that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. Many other accused persons have been enlarged on bail. The petitioner is in jail since 05.05.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41031 of 2015 (2) dt.09-09-2015 is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, in connection with Belsand P.S.
