2. The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the advertisement published in daily Newspaper Dainik Jagran dated 01.03.2018 for settlement of Hat for the financial year 2018-19.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is interested for the Hat showing at serial no.11 which is situated on his land appertaining to Revenue Thana No.435,

Patna High Court CWJC No.5214 of 2018(5) dt.20-07-2023 2/2 New Khata No.599, Khesra No.670 situated in MaujaSanhaulla, District Bhagalpur which belongs to him by virtue of judgment and decree passed in Title Appeal No.43 of 1982 by ADJ 7th, Bhagalpur on 23rd of August, 2017 which is annexed as Annexure-4 to the writ petition. He further submits that the said Annexure-4 which was demanded to be quashed has acted upon, and in that light the present writ petition is become infructuous. He also submits that counter affidavit has been filed in this case and in view of statement made in paragraph no.12 of the counter affidavit in which the State has admits the claim of petitioner by virtue of said judgment and decree passed in Title Appeal. In this background, the present writ petition stands disposed off as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner that he may seek remedy before the appropriate forum under appropriate law with a view to implement/entry of his name in the records of rights.
