The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act and under Sections 4/5 of the Explosive Substances Act.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Name of the petitioner figured in the case on mere suspicion during the course of investigation. Similarly situated co-accused Arvind Singh has already been enlarged on bail vide orders passed in Cr. Misc. No. 34785 of 2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner is in jail since 18.12.2015, the petitioner above named is
