JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 16-02-2022 This application has been filed for modification of order dated 27.10.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17752 of 2020. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner was granted bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 17752 of 2020, vide order dated 27.10.2021, but due to some unavoidable circumstances, he could not surrender within the stipulated period. He has made a prayer for extending the time for surrender of the petitioner.

Accordingly, the time for surrender of the petitioner is extended by four weeks further from today with the condition

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6072 of 2022(2) dt.16-02-2022 2/2 that the petitioner shall deposit Rs.5,000/- as cost in the Victim Compensation Fund.
