The petitioners are not named in the FIR. Their name figured in the present case in the confessional statement of coaccused Bhola Kumar. Save and except confession, the police did not collect any further evidence against them. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond
