The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Barun P.S. Case No. 206 of 2020 registered under Sections 427/302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused Ram Vijay Singh @ Rambijay Singh has already been allowed bail by a Co-ordinate bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 14412 of 2021 on 22.09.2021.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below
