2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners requests disposal of this writ petition directing the District Land Acquisition Officer, Patna (Respondent No. 3) to dispose of the representations filed by the petitioners vide Annexure- 4 (Series) within a reasonable time.

3. In view of the limited prayer made on behalf of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.14877 of 2017(2) dt.05-01-2024 2/2 petitioners, writ petition is disposed of with direction to the District Land Acquisition Officer, Patna (Respondent No. 3) to dispose of the aforesaid representations filed by the petitioners vide Annexure- 4 (Series) in accordance with law after hearing the parties, preferably, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. Writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
