JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-07-2020 From the report of the trial court dated 10.6.2020 received in view of order of this Court dated 1.6.2020, it reveals that out of four accused persons, two of them are in custody, one is absent and the other is on bail. The next date in the trial is 18.6.2020 for appearance of absent accused person. In view of nature of allegation against the petitioner as well as the report of the trial court, prayer for bail of the petitioner is refused with liberty to renew the prayer for bail after six months from the date of receipt of this order. Let the trial be expedited as the petitioner is in custody since 21.12.2016.
