2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 363, 365, 367, 368, 371, 374/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, on the allurement of providing better wages, food and clothes, petitioner and other accused persons took informant's son with them for doing work of labour. After two months, informant did not receive any information regarding his son and he suspects that his son might have been killed or he may be forced to work as a bondage labour somewhere.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is himself a labour and he never allured anyone to accompany him rather allegation of

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail. He submits that the petitioner is named in the FIR with specific allegation that he and other accused persons took informant's son with them who is still traceless.
