JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04/ 13.03.2015 At the very outset, it is pointed out that at para 14 of the petition, in place of 1.6.2014 it has advertently been typed as 1.6.2013. Petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in para 14 of the petition within course of the day.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State. It would appear from perusal of the case diary that except exculpatory statement of co-accused Ulfat Ansari, there is nothing against the petitioner. Moreover, coaccused Ulfat Ansari has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court vide order dated 2.8.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 23182/2014.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38979 of 2014 (4) dt.13-03-2015 Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in Chakai P.S. Case no. 30/2013.
