The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Bahadurganj P.S. Case No. 299 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 325, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the specific allegation against the petitioners that they mercilessly assaulted the informant causing serious injuries for which he is being treated by different

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5625 of 2020(2) dt.28-02-2020 2/2 doctors, I am not inclined to grant them pre-arrest bail. The application for grant of pre-arrest bail made on behalf of the petitioners is rejected.

In case the petitioners surrender and seek bail the same shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced in any manner by this order.
