1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.(i) For quashing the order dated 09.10.2023 in Anganwari Appeal Case No. 09 of 2022 passed by the District Magistrate, Gopalganj whereby the Anganwari Appeal filed by the petitioner has been dismissed.

(ii) For quashing the order dated 16.07.2022 in Anganwari Appeal Case No. 03 of 2022 passed by the District Programme Officer, Gopalganj whereby and whereunder the appointment of the petitioner as Anganwari Sevika has been cancelled and a direction has been given to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.2521 of 2024(2) dt.14-03-2024 2/2 C.D.P.O., Bhore to issue appointment letter to the Respondent no. 5 in accordance with guideline of 2016.

(iii) For a direction to the respondents to reinstate the petitioner to the post of Anganwari Sevika in Ward No. 4, Sisai Mauza, Sisai Gram Panchayat Raj, Centre Code No. 204."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
