She has been in custody since 16.05.2014 and is about 70 years of age. It is alleged that the deceased had committed suicide and the deceased and the son of the petitioner used to stay separately. Be that as it may, let the petitioner abovenamed be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in Goraul PS Case No 132 of 2014.
