Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of kidnapping of the minor daughter of the informant. Petitioner is relative of the informant. In the statement, under Section 164 Cr.P.C., the victim stated that the petitioner played active role in her kidnapping and took her to his house, threatened her to not to disclose his name. Co-accused Munna was also involved in the occurrence. The last statement, which she made before the court, was that the accused person wanted to show the people that the victim has fled away with them and just to lower the image of the parents, the act has been committed. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7737 of 2019(4) dt.24-04-2019 2/2 is in custody since 14.12.2018. Investigation of the case is already complete against the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the entire facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Pipara Police Station Case No. 294 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
