It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that vide order dated 10.04.2019 passed in the present case, petitioner No.2 was granted bail on furnishing bail bond to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. 1st, Bhagalpur in connection with Nathnagar (Madhusudanpur) P.S. case No.100/2018 and petitioner No.1 was directed to be released on bail on completion of one year of custody. But in the order sheet, it has been inadvertently mentioned that petitioner No.2 be also released on bail on completion of one year of custody. From perusal of the record, it appears that learned

The order dated 10.04.2019 is modified/clarified to the extent that petitioner No.2, namely, Subhash Yadav be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. 1st, Bhagalpur in connection with Nathnagar (Madhusudanpur) P.S. case No.100/2018. Rest of the order dated 10.04.2019 will be same. The order dated 10.04.2019 is modified/clarified to the extent as indicated above.
