The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15888 of 2021(5) dt.07-04-2022 2/2 with Mufassil P.S. Case No. 265 of 2020 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 354(B), 504, 379 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to malafide intention and oblique motive. Further submission is that there is case and counter case between the parties. Both the parties have sustained injuries in the alleged occurrence. Further he submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No. 265 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
