The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 363 and 366A of the Indian Penal Code and section 8 of the POCSO Act. As per the prosecution case, the 15 year old daughter of the informant is stated to have been taken away by the four accused persons including the petitioner herein. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the allegations as levelled in the F.I.R. are false and concocted. The daughter informant returned and her statement under section 164 Cr.P.C. was recorded wherein she categorically stated that she went out of her own volition with the petitioner herein and married him. She wants to reside with

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the contents of the statement of the daughter of the informant under section 164 Cr.P.C. together with the the petitioner having remained in custody for one year, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case no. 211 of 2020 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J.-1st Sitamarhi..
